Power of a Song
"While working with patient who was immobile and considered none verbal, I singing ‘His Presence is Heaven to Me’. I then went to a patient in the same room while still singing and the first patient started to sing with me. I asked if he knew the Lord, the one he was singing about and he said shook his head know. I asked if he wanted to know the Lord, he said "Yes". My teachings at Thrive helped me to lead that patient to the Lord. And now, no matter when his life is over, he will be with the Lord.
Morning! I want to share my praise report. As I shared during my visit, for months I've been struggling with feelings of failure, insecurity and jealousy. Also, my passion for ministry , had dried up. Now, I'm excited to share that God has renewed my passion, strength and confidence. I thank God for not giving up on me. Also, I'm grateful for your ministry and friendship which has truly blessed my life. The Bible classes are outstanding!

One Prayer Greatest Answer
I visited Thrive when they were still meeting in the gym. After experiencing God’s presence in the service, I went up for prayer where Dr. Ivan and Pastor Cheri, who are so kind hearted, graciously received my requests for my son to be delivered from a years long addiction to drugs. I have returned to say, God answered their prayer for my son who is off drugs and serving the Lord! Visitor
Constant Prayers Answered
Since 2019, I have joined Thriving Women’s Prayer Conference then Zoom call from a Southern US state. Each week before prayer on the call, I would requests for my son who is a young man with a drug problem that started when he was young because he didn’t have an attentive father. Whether it was an incident of him running from his group home, being jailed, being in court, on the run, or just missing, even lashing out at me, I would bring my prayer needs to the call. Pastor Cheri and Mo. Ruth would pray hard each time never making me feel bad that I had another request for the same person. Each time God answered. Yet my son would still go back to the drugs. Today God has answered all those prayers over the years! He is off drugs and stable in his group home! Thank you Jesus!
